By accessing or using our website (vizzyhome.com) and application (app.vizzyhome.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use VizzyHome.
VizzyHome is an AI-powered visualization platform that allows users to generate before-and-after images of home renovations for inspiration and design planning.
All visualizations are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect real-life construction results.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using VizzyHome, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
To use certain features, you must create an account on app.vizzyhome.com.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
VizzyHome offers free and paid subscription plans (Free, Pro, Premium).
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All fees are displayed in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may upgrade or cancel your plan at any time through your account dashboard.
All content on VizzyHome, including software, visuals, designs, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Petr Zeman.
Users retain rights to the original photos they upload but grant VizzyHome a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process and display them within the service for the purpose of providing AI visualizations.

AI visualizations are generated automatically using artificial intelligence.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or realism of AI-generated results. They should not be relied upon as professional architectural, engineering, or design advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VizzyHome and Petr Zeman are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using VizzyHome.
You may stop using VizzyHome at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
